This apartment has a room and a fully equipped kitchen. The bedroom has a double bed and a counter separates it from the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils and a fridge. There is also a spacious bathroom. This studio is also equipped with an air-conditioner, a hairdryer, a TV and free Wi-Fi and a yard equipped with a set of a table with chairs, with a view to the green garden and sea view.

Terms Of service:

Check in time 14:00.
Check out 10:30 .

Quiet time from 14:00 to 17:00 and after 24:00
Pets are not allowed.
We speak English,Bulgarian.

 

Payments:

In our Online Booking System you PREPAYMENT 30% Not Refunded Deposit of the total price of your reservation.

 

The REMAINING AMOUNT will be payed on arrival Check-In.

All payments are due on arrival. Guests cannot enter the rooms until the full amount  is paid.

Cash:  We accept Euro’s (€) only. It is not possible to pay in other currencies.

Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express.

Bank Transfer:Transfer Money to our Bank Account.

 

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations prior to arrival or failure to arrive for a confirmed booking will result in the  Not Refunded Deposit AMOUNT 30% OF YOUR BOOKING BEING CHARGED.

Cancellations can be made by email to admin@keramotibelvedere.com from the address used at the time of booking.
