Payments & Terms
1. GENERAL
Except where otherwise specified, we, The Belvedere Aparments, a company registered in Greece with company number EL located In Keramoti,64011,Greece
By making a booking with us,the first named person on the booking agrees on behalf of all persons detailed on the booking that he/she:
- read these Agency Terms & Conditions and agree to be bound by them;
- consents to our use of personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is authorised on behalf of all persons named on the booking to disclose their personal details to us, including where applicable, special categories of data (such as information on health conditions or disabilities and dietary requirements); and
- is over 18 years of age and where placing an order for services with age restrictions you declare that you and all members of your party are of the appropriate age to purchase those services;
- accepts financial responsibility for payment of the booking on behalf of all persons detailed on the booking.
2. BOOKING
You must complete the Online Booking Reservations Form and the payment of a non-refundable deposit. This is normally 30% and you will be notified at the time of booking to Deposit the Payment with Bank Transfer or Card Payment the remain amount will payed in your Check-in in Our Aparments.
When a booking is made and the Deposit Payment made with all details will be read back to you. Once you have confirmed these details we will proceed to confirm of your Booking Reservation.
4. PAYMENT
In order to book your chosen Arrangements, you must pay a non-refundable deposit as required.
If you have paid a deposit, you must pay the full balance in our Aparment at Check-In. .
Payments are normally taken in the currency Euro. We can accept wire transfers or Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard or American Express).
5. THE PRICE
We reserve the right to amend advertised prices at any time. We also reserve the right to correct errors in both advertised and confirmed prices. Special note: changes and errors sometimes occur. You must check the price of your chosen Arrangements at the time of booking.
Will accept 3 nights minimum, you will be advised of any such requirements at the time of the booking.
Properties are let, fully furnished and equipped. The price for all properties include linen and staff as indicated in the property description. The website states the additional facilities and services available at individual properties.
6. SPECIAL REQUESTS AND DISABILITIES
If you have any special requests please let us know at the time of booking but we cannot guarantee that they will be met and we will have no liability to you.
We are not specialist disabled holiday company, but we will do our utmost to cater for any special requirements you may have. If you or any member of your party has any medical problem or disability which may affect your booking, please provide us with full details before you make your booking so that we can try to advise you as to the suitability of your chosen arrangements.
7. INFORMATION ABOUT THE ACCOMMODATION
While we make every effort to ensure that descriptions are accurately reproduced, we cannot accept responsibility for errors contained therein or the results thereof. You must accept that minor differences between the photograph/illustration/text used and the actual property may arise.
We reserve the right to make modifications to the property specification that are considered necessary in the light of operating requirements. In the interests of continued improvement, We reserve the right to alter furniture, fittings, amenities, facilities or any activities, either advertised or previously available, without prior notice.
Number of people using the accommodation
Only those persons named on the booking form may use the property without prior arrangement. The number of people staying at the property must not exceed the number of sleeping places indicated in the property description, except in the case of infants under two years. Some properties will limit the number of infants. In the event that the maximum number is exceeded without prior arrangement, we have reserves the right to refuse or revoke the booking at their sole discretion.
Arrival & Departure Times
Normal check in time is 14:00 +2GTM on the start date and normal check out is 10:30 am on the departure date, unless otherwise specified. If these times are difficult, please advise us at the time of booking. If your arrival is delayed you must inform Us so that suitable arrangements can be made for entry to the holiday accommodation.
Linen
Linen is included in all our properties, unless stated otherwise, but it is advisable to take beach towels (if applicable) and cot linen for baby cots.
Security & Valuables
Any valuable left at the property are left at your own risk. Neither we arent responsible for their loss. As with all rental properties in prime locations, there may be a risk of burglary. We accept no responsibility for any loss, damage or consequential losses due to theft or any other security related incident howsoever caused.
8.Pets
Pets are not allowed .
9. CHANGES OR CANCELLATION BY YOU
Any cancellation or amendment request must be sent to us in writing, by email, and will take effect at the time we receive it. Please ensure that you have received written confirmation of any changes to your booking prior to travel.
· Down payment of 30% shall not be refunded.
10. CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
We will inform you as soon as reasonably possible if we need to make a significant change to your confirmed Arrangements or to cancel them. We will also liaise between you in relation to any alternative arrangements offered by us but we will have no further liability to you. We offers alternative Arrangements, you will need to let us know of your choice and/or acceptance within the time frame stipulated.
11. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES & BEHAVIOUR
You must keep the accommodation and all furniture, fittings, effects, facilities and equipment in the same state of repair and condition as at the commencement of your stay, and leave the accommodation in the same state of cleanliness and general order in which it was found. You are responsible for all damage or loss which occurs to the property or its contents during your occupation, and will be responsible to paying appropriate compensation to us direct, or to us as agent, in the event of breakages or damage.
We cannot be held responsible for the actions or behaviour of other guests or individuals who have no connection with your booking arrangements or with us.
